Established a robust program management office (PMO) to implement governance and controls for the long-term transformation initiative, which included:
- Developed and implemented best practices-based processes to drive the project forward against specific benchmarks and milestones
- Embedded business analysts into key functional areas and to translate business needs into system and process requirements
- Facilitated the design of “to be” processes and created detailed workflows for cutover activities
Outcome
