Infinitive Builds Executive Team

Management Consultancy Hires & Promotes Four Leaders

MCLEAN, VA, JUNE 27, 2008 – Infinitive, a northern-Virginia based management consultancy, today announced the addition of four leaders to the company’s executive team. Richard Bolton, Dianne DeRoze and Bruce Semisch were promoted to executive. Melissa Taliaferro has joined Infinitive as a business development executive. The new executives will all report to Infinitive chief operating officer Phil Kyle.

They will expand our client base, lead major accounts, strengthen our client relationships based on exceptional service, and bring deep expertise to Infinitive’s areas of focus,” stated Denis McFarlane, Infinitive chief executive officer. “We continue to build a strong and diverse leadership team through both internal promotions and strategic hiring as we work to achieve our goals, and help our clients realize theirs.”

Bolton has more than 11 years of consulting experience serving clients in a wide range of industries including media, telecommunications, industrial equipment, and hotel management. He will manage Infinitive’s Online Content Monetization offering.

DeRoze will manage major accounts for Infinitive, with an emphasis on process improvement. She brings more than 15 years of experience in identifying, designing, implementing and managing measurable process improvement and change management strategies in customer relationship management (CRM) and other areas.

Semisch is responsible for Infinitive’s Corporate Performance Management (CPM) practice and will support both new and existing accounts. He has more than ten years of consulting experience and a unique mix of functional and technical skills.

As business development executive, Taliaferro will leverage her 12 years of management consulting and business development experience to drive new account sales for Infinitive. Previously, she was a Senior Manager at Accenture.
