Ray has extensive experience in financial reporting, information technology, information security, privacy and operational risk management across multiple industries including, financial services, entertainment and media, non-profit, higher education, retail and manufacturing. Ray has designed risk management frameworks that combine technology and processes to provide stakeholders a shared view of risk. His approach to risk management and process improvement have led to sustainable solutions.
Ray is a graduate of Florida International University with an undergraduate degree in Accounting and a Masters in Accounting Information System. Ray is a certified information systems auditor (CISA) and is also certified in risk and information systems controls (CRISC). Previously, he has held senior executive and advisory positions with Fannie Mae, America Online and PricewaterhouseCoopers.
